Ryan began his career in the construction industry delivering supplies to commercial construction and home building sites. From there he started doing carpentry for modular trailers and shortly after took on the role of site carpenter/assistant site supervisor then site supervisor at the age of 22 for Greenboro Custom Homes.
From a young age he learned that timeliness and accuracy of your supply chain are as important as the trades employed, the quality of the product used and his communication to the people involved to get his project completed on time. Having 22 years of experience in the construction industry he has encompassed project management and site supervision in new home builds, residential additions, renovations, and complex commercial renovations and repairs.
With over 3+50 new homes built valued from $500,000 to $3,000,000 and 40 plus renovations and additions valued from $125,000 to $600,0000. Ten of these projects were Alberta SAM Award finalists during his employment with Astoria Renovations.
During these years Ryan was the project manager for the Mike Holmes show in High River and was involved with the restoration and remediation for more than 20 plus homeowners who lost everything in the devastating flood of 2012.
His commercial management projects have ranged from small office enhancements of $5,000 to large-scale refurbishing and custom builds valued between $75,000 to $1,500,000.
Ryan has created a great foundation of knowledge and experience in working with clients, trades, architects, designers, other structural professionals, property managers, municipal bylaws, and building codes.
